Galaxy A53 5G has already been illegally sold in Serbia, and now it has arrived in Kenya as well. Samsung is expected to reveal its new Galaxy-A series phones on March 17. The unannounced midranger sells for KSH 45,500, or around $400 in today’s dollars.
The 6.52-inch display, Exynos 1200 CPU, and 4,500 mAh battery are all stated in the specifications. Among the camera options are a 64-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens, and two 5-megapixel modules for close-ups and depth data. The selfie camera has a resolution of 32 megapixels. Storage is 128GB and RAM is 8GB, with One UI 4 running on top of Android 12.
There’s an unboxing video of the A53 5G recorded by a YouTuber in Vietnam, so it seems to be on sale in that country as well. The blue-colored phone is seen in the video. In addition to a USB-C cable and a SIM ejector pin, there are no further in-box accessories.
