For those with a notch, the battery level indicator in the top-right corner of your iPhone screen doesn’t accurately reflect how much juice is available on your device.
If you have an iPhone with a notch, you won’t be able to turn the percentage on or off in the settings since there is no option for it.

Use Control Center to make a change.
Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to activate Control Center, and you’ll see how much juice your iPhone has left. In the upper right corner, just next to the battery symbol, you’ll find a % display.
To see the percentage, you don’t even have to open Control Center all the way. You may access it by swiping your finger diagonally down from the top-right corner of your iPhone’s screen and then releasing your finger.
Go to Today’s View and open it.
It’s also possible to check your iPhone’s battery % by utilising the Batteries widget in the Today View, which can be found by swiping right on the Lock screen or the first screen of applications on your Home screen.
The Batteries widget may be added manually if you don’t currently have it installed. Activate the Today view, go to the widget column’s bottom, and click the Edit button. The Widget Gallery may be opened by tapping the addition (+) button in the upper-left corner of the screen, then searching for “Batteries” or selecting it from the list.

However, unless you pick the second or third widget type on your Apple Watch or AirPods, you won’t be able to view the percentage. Add a widget to the Today View by swiping to the widget that works best for you, then tapping the Add Widget button.
Widget Your Home Screen with a Battery Indicator
Adding a battery widget to your iPhone’s Home Screen will let you check how much juice your phone has left while it’s unlocked.
In order to do so, long press on a vacant region of the Home Screen or an extra screen of applications to activate jiggle mode. The Widget Gallery may be opened by tapping the addition (+) button in the upper-left corner of the screen, then searching for “Batteries” or selecting it from the list.
This widget displays the percentage of battery remaining if you don’t have any Apple accessories connected to your phone. When you’ve found the widget that works best for you, just hit the Add Widget button and you’ll have it on your home screen.
Ask Siri a question.
Alternatively, you can just ask Siri “How long does my iPhone’s battery last?” if you’re a fan of the virtual assistant. you will obtain a response to your question.
This question may also be asked of any Apple devices you have, such as the Apple Watch or AirPods.
