Last November, Xiaomi’s Poco launched the Poco M4 Pro 5G with the Dimensity 810 SoC, and today the firm revealed its more cheap vanilla version, powered by the Dimensity 700 processor.

Powered by Android 12-based MIUI 13, the Poco M4 5G has a choice of four or six gigabytes of RAM. It also features a microSD card slot that can hold up to 512GB of additional storage.

Powered by Dimensity 700, the smartphone boasts a 6.58″ 90Hz FullHD+ LCD screen with Gorilla Glass 3 and an 8MP front camera in a notch. As a result, the panel may transition between 30Hz, 60Hz, and 90HZ depending on the kind of material.

For selfies, Poco M4 5G has a Hypnotic Swirl Design on its back panel, which includes a 50MP camera and a 2MP depth sensor.

Some other notable features of the Poco M4 5G include the side-mounted fingerprint reader, USB-C charging port, and IP52 water resistance rating. A 5,000 mAh battery with 18W wired and 5W reverse wired charging powers the complete package. The included adapter, on the other hand, has a maximum power output of 22.5W.

Starting on May 5, the Poco M4 5G will be sold only via Flipkart in India. The 4GB/64GB variant costs INR12,999 ($170/€160), whilst the 6GB/128GB model costs INR14,999 ($195/€185). One exception to this is the INR2,000 ($26/€24) discount available to SBI credit card holders when purchasing the smartphone.
