Oppo announced the Reno7 Lite 5G today in Prague at an event for markets in Central and Eastern European. Despite the fact that this item has been speculated, it has never been released anywhere. In fact, we’ve already seen this previously under a different name, so don’t be fooled! As it turns out, the Reno7 Lite 5G is just the Reno7 Z 5G under a different guise.

As a result, it has the same features. The Snapdragon 695 SoC, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of expandable storage, and a 4,500 mAh battery with 33W fast charging power the 6.43-inch, 1080×2400 OLED display. On the back, you’ll find a 64-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, you’ll find a 16-megapixel camera. Rainbow Spectrum and Cosmic Black are the two colour options for ColorOS 12.

Color gradients of red, yellow, and green are used to create the rainbow shimmer effect of the colorway’s name in a two-layer coating system with an indium-coated base layer and a top layer of colour. The smartphone’s back has a gradient of six colours, and it certainly looks the part.

Due to their placement just behind the two main cameras, the Dual Orbit Lights on the Reno7 Lite 5G may either illuminate or blink in a variety of colours depending on the situation. For its size, the phone is only 7.5mm thick and weighs just 173g.

Pricing for the Reno7 Lite 5G will be disclosed on a country-by-country basis when it is released in Central and Eastern Europe shortly.
