The Obi-Wan Kenobi series is currently available on Disney Plus, and the reviews of Obi-Wan are mostly positive.
Ewan McGregor reprises his role as the Jedi Knight in Exile, while Hayden Christensen returns to the Star Wars universe as Anakin Skywalker, aka Darth Vader, who was one of Ben Kenobi’s former apprentices.
Star Wars prequel trilogy cast McGregor as Obi-Wan Kenobi, a younger version of Alex Guinness’ role in the original films. Director Deborah Chow, who directed two episodes of The Mandalorian, has been working on the show for years at Disney Plus. As McGregor put it while discussing Obi-feelings Wan’s at the time of the series, “Sometime I feel like he has accepted that the Jedi Order is done and lost, and other times I feel like he has still got hope in him. “

When does Obi-Wan Kenobi come out on Disney Plus?
On May 27 at 12 a.m. ET/5 a.m. BST, Disney Plus(opens in new tab) published the first and second episodes of Obi-Wan Kenobi(opens in new tab) (9 p.m. PT on Thursday). This is three hours earlier than the initial 3 a.m. ET release timing.
The first season will have six episodes. Every Wednesday, there will be a new episode, which will culminate on June 22.
Following The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett, Obi-Wan Kenobi is the third Star Wars: Disney Plus original live-action film.
