An improvement in the battery life of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 was just discovered online.
There is more evidence that a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 upgrade is imminent, thanks to leaker IceUniverse and MyFixGuide.
There appears to be a regulatory document in the tweet, which shows a device with two batteries. There’s no room for a regular-sized phone battery in the Z Flip 4’s folding design, so it makes sense that it has two batteries. A 2,555-mAh battery and a 1,040-mAh battery are both included in the package. Together, they yield 3,595 mAh.
Although the Galaxy Z Flip 3’s 3,300 mAh battery capacity is higher than the 3,700 mAh capacity IU predicted in this tweet and in previous leaks, it is still lower than the 3,700 mAh predicted by IU in this tweet. “rated capacity” (the minimum guaranteed capacity for a device’s cells) and the “typical” capacity (the average expected size of a battery) and what tech companies use in their marketing is likely to be responsible for this disparity. For the time being, the 3,700 mAh rumour is correct.
When we tested the Galaxy Z Flip 3, its battery life was abysmal, so a larger battery is a must for the Galaxy Z Flip 4. If Samsung can get the rest of the phone to run more efficiently like the rumoured use of a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus chip, it will be able to achieve this goal.
If these rumours are true, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 will be an improved version of the current model thanks to its larger outer display and more powerful chipset. A change to the aspect ratio of the displays and new cameras are rumoured for Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 4, the company’s other major foldable smartphone.
