Elden Ring is a lengthy and challenging game, but it doesn’t go interminably long. You’ll be ready to take on the final fight and usher in a new era for the Lands Between after a few dozen hours of gameplay. Elden Ring, like previous Soulsborne games, doesn’t merely have a single, predetermined conclusion like other games in the series. Depending on the decisions you make in the plot and gameplay, you may view up to six possible endings. To acquire the other endings, players must complete lengthy quests that begin with the default one.

We’ll do our best to limit the amount of spoilers in this article by examining the best ways to acquire each Elden Ring conclusion. It’s important to note, though, that you can only acquire one ending in each game. Play the game six times or use cloud-save wizardry to generate backups if you want to see all of the variants.

In order to get accomplishments and trophies, you simply need to play through the game three times. Despite the fact that there are six alternative endings, four of them are variations on a theme, while the other two are wholly unique.

Obtaining Elden Lord’s Final Chapter

Let’s begin with the simplest possible conclusion, dubbed “Elden Lord.” Just complete the game normally to receive this ending. Non-player characters don’t have to give you any cryptic advise; you don’t have to embark on any long-winded quest lines. Just go through the game as usual, and then choose “Mend the Elden Ring” at the end of it. Foreshadowed by almost every key character in the game, there are no major plot twists. The “Age of Fracture” ending is another name for this point.

How to acquire the alternative endings of Elden Lord

This ending has three more challenging options if you want to see some reward for Elden Ring’s different questlines.

Complete Fia’s questline and utilise the Mending Rune of the Death-Prince after the final fight to achieve the Age of Duskborn ending. Fia is the lady in Roundtable Hold who wears a blue dress and offers to hug you. I won’t go into detail about her full mission here. On your Roundtable visits, speak with her regularly so that you may get direction from her at some point.

Dung Eater’s Questline and Mending Rune of Fell Curse after the final encounter are necessary to earn Blessings of Despair endings. In Roundtable Hold after reaching Altus Plateau, the Dung Eater awaits with Seedbed Curse goods to complete his mission. Warning: This is a gruesome conclusion.

Using the Mending Rune of Perfect Order after defeating the final boss will provide you the Age of Order ending. After a brief encounter at Roundtable Hold, you’ll run upon Brother Corhyn. Afterward, he’ll offer you more information at the Altus Highway Junction.

How to acquire the Ending of Age of Stars

The Elden Lord endings are quite similar, but the Age of Stars conclusion is very different. Thematically, it’s not nearly as tight as previous FromSoftware productions, but there are some interesting parallels in there. This allows you more time with the intriguing witch Ranni, which is something everyone wants.

You must finish Ranni the witch’s questline in order to get the Age of Stars epilogue. You will, however, be rewarded handsomely, one of which is the fabled Dark Moon Greatsword. It’s up to Ranni to take care of everything once you fight the last boss.

Getting the Frenzied Flame Result

Elden Ring’s Frenzied Flame epilogue is the most bizarre yet. As a result, it is the most complex to start up. To give you a sense of just how far off the usual road you’ll have to walk, your maiden, Melina, will really leave you if you choose the Frenzied Flame ending.

There are several optional regions and a challenging boss that must be overcome in order to get it. Find the Subterranean Shunning Grounds under Leyndell, the Royal Capital, and explore them until you reach the bottom. Mohg, the Omen, awaits you there. (This is something you may want to put off until the very end of the game. If you have high levels and updated equipment, he’s manageable.)

Get some much-needed R&R at the Site of Lost Grace before continuing on. Mohg’s room has a fake wall, so roll towards the altar and continue the way ahead. A single misstep may send you tumbling to your doom down a steep and intricate set of crossbeams and protruding tombstones from here. It may take a few attempts to get it right.

Melina will give you one last warning after you’ve reached the bottom. Take off all of your weapons and talismans if you want to ignore her, then stand in front of the enormous entrance. The Burning Scar, as the name suggests, will be yours if you defeat the last boss.

“Become the Lord of Frenzied Flame” is an option once you’ve defeated the last monster.

The Burning Scar may be reversed if you change your mind after receiving it. Aside from exploring Miquella’s Haligtree, you’ll have to face the optional but very challenging boss Malenia, Blade of Miquella. Miquella’s Needle will be yours if you vanquish her.

A boss named Dragonlord Placidusax may be found in Crumbling Farum Azula. You may undo the Frenzied Flame in his arena with the needle, which opens up the Elden Lord and Age of Stars endings. You won’t be getting a return visit from Melina, however.
