Come on, let’s go out and have some fun with the globe. Do a 30-minute exercise on April 22 and you’ll be eligible for this reward. Use the Workout app or any app that contributes to your Health profile to record it

Any workout app that works with Apple’s Health app may be used for this challenge. As a result, you may finish the challenge using a variety of different workout apps, such as Apple’s Workouts app for the Apple Watch or Nike+ Running for the iPhone. As a reward for completing the challenge, participants will get a special prise in the Fitness app as well as exclusive stickers for the messaging and FaceTime applications.

Apple Fitness+, the company’s exercise subscription programme, is another option if you want to finish the challenge at home. Apple Fitness+ may be purchased for $9.99 a month or as part of Apple One, the company’s subscription programme, which includes a variety of other apps and services.
