Those who watch four hours of Overwatch 2 from a list of broadcasters and link their Battle.net account to their Twitch profile tomorrow will be granted entry to the OW2 beta tomorrow for a short period of time. Here is a list of streams that have been vetted and authorised.
Sojourn, all of the new hero changes, the new Push game mode, and the five versus. five rework are all included in the beta. For the time being, OW2 beta testing is only available to PC gamers, although Blizzard does intend on opening it up to console players in the future as well.
Starting at 1pm EDT on April 27th, the offer will run until 9pm EDT. In order to accumulate time viewed, you don’t need to watch the same streamer for the whole four-hour period.
For those who don’t have the time (or willingness) to spend four hours glued to Twitch, Overwatch 2’s website offers the option of signing up for beta access instead. Blizzard has indicated that it would continue to add people to the test through May 17th.
