It’s not the first time the Axon 40 family’s secrets have been spilled, with the most recent one coming from TENAA. Weibo posts from Huawei’s president of the mobile division imply that the Axon 40 and potentially a Pro version will be unveiled in China this month.
There isn’t much information in the teaser poster, but previous reports (such as the TENAA leak) suggest that the Axon 40 Pro is simply a rebranded nubia Z40 Pro, so we know what to anticipate there.
It is possible that the Axon 40 Pro will be different from the Z40 Pro in this aspect, considering the Axon family has a history of adopting under-display selfie cameras. If the so-called Gravity Edition with Magnetic Charging is a standard configuration, or a different one like nubia Z40 Pro, we’d want to know.
It’s a good thing we won’t have to wait long, since ZTE plans to unveil it in China this month, and it’s likely to follow soon after.
