Since its official unveiling in December, Xiaomi’s 12 Pro has been making its way across the world. There’s a fingerprint reader beneath the 6.73″ QHD+ LTPO AMOLED screen, and the 32MP selfie camera has a punch hole in the middle. A rectangular island at the rear has three cameras: a 50MP main, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 50MP telephoto. This is very impressive.
There is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC in the Xiaomi 12 Pro, which runs Android 12-based MIUI 13 from the box with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. In India, it’s still not known what memory configurations the smartphone would support.
A 4,600 mAh battery powers the whole thing, allowing for cable charging at 120 watts, wireless charging at 50 watts, and 10 watts of reverse wireless charging. We don’t know whether all of the smartphone’s hues will be accessible in India, but they are available in Blue, Purple and Gray.
The Xiaomi 12 series also comprises the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12X, but as Xiaomi hasn’t used the term “series” in its promotional efforts, these devices are unlikely to arrive on April 27th with the Pro version in India.
