Today has been set aside for a Walmart PS5 resupply (June 2). First PS5 restock since mid-April for store. A minor stipulation, however, must be met before you may begin. Unlike previous Walmart restocks, this one will only be open to Walmart members.
Starting at 3 p.m. ET, Walmart Plus members will get first dibs on the PlayStation 5(opens in new tab). On April 19, they had their last replenishment. In conjunction with Walmart Plus Weekend, a four-day discount only for Walmart Plus customers, the retailer will refill its shelves. As if it were Prime Day for Walmart Plus users, this is a one-day sale.
Unless you have a paid Walmart Plus subscription, you will not be eligible for the inventory replenishment or the sales event. At this Walmart Plus link (opens in a new tab), you can sign up. It costs 98 dollars a year to join, but you can alternatively pay $12.95 a month.

Promotional messages on the retailer’s PS5 page have confirmed this PS5 resupply (opens in new tab). PS5 Digital Edition and maybe Xbox Series X could still be available at the same time despite this note being solely on a page for the PS5 console. It’s because Walmart usually restocks next-generation consoles in bulk.

Walmart restock event — tips and tricks
If you don’t already have one, the first step is to sign up for a Walmart.com account(opens in new tab). If you’re lucky enough to win a console, you’ll be able to check out swiftly with your address and credit card information already in place. Aside from that, you should be aware of where to find the PS5 at Walmart. (You’ll find the links above.)
You’ll need to act quickly once the consoles go on sale at Walmart if you want to get your hands on one. However, Walmart releases goods every 10 to 15 minutes, so it’s important to keep this in mind. That being the case, keep trying until you do. Walmart restocks have lasted anything from one hour to three hours on average. Because of this, it’s best to stay and keep trying.
Adding the PS5 to a shopping list has been credited with helping many people get their hands on a PlayStation 5. You can accomplish this by logging into your Walmart account and visiting the PS5 product page at Walmart. To add a terminal to your list, click the “add to list” icon underneath the image. After that, you’ll be asked to give your wish list a name.
You should be able to add the PS5 console to your cart via your wish list rather than having to wait for it to replenish on the product page. Although your results may vary, this strategy has worked in the past.
Don’t give up hope if you can’t join up for Walmart Plus. Keep in mind that most drops these days are behind a paid membership paywall, so expect to see additional restocks in the coming weeks.
