There will be a whole programme devoted to Ahsoka Tano on Disney Plus: Star Wars: Ahsoka. Rosario Dawson will resume her role as the former Jedi padawan in the new series, which is a spinoff of The Mandalorian. It’s possible that the storey may follow her when she met up with Mando again on The Book of Boba Fett.
Those unfamiliar with the character of Ahsoka may be surprised to learn that she was first introduced in The Clone Wars and Star Wars: Rebels. In season 2 of The Mandalorian, while Mando and Grogu were searching for her on the forest world of Corvus, she made her live-action debut. As the ruler of the city of Calodan, Imperial Magistrate Morgan Elsbeth (Diana Lee Inosanto) confronted her, she was locked in a gunfight.
Ahead of time, Ahsoka had fought Morgan Elsbeth and obtained the information she sought—the whereabouts of Grand Admiral Thrawn (another character from The Clone Wars).
She met Mando in The Book of Boba Fett while training with Luke Skywalker and visiting Grogu. In their shared experience of using the Force, she and Luke have formed a bond.

Star Wars: Ahsoka release date
There is no release date for the Star Wars: Ahsoka spinoff, but we have a few hints as to when the movie will be released.. According to cast and script information leaked earlier this year, the production of the movie is slated to begin in 2022.
A very late 2022 would be the most likely date for the series to begin production. According to The Hollywood Reporter, production will begin in the spring of 2022.
Based on this, we estimate that Ahsoka will be released in early 2023.
