A Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, narrower crease and improved hinge as well as a bigger cover screen are all expected for Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip4 when it launches this summer.

SamMobile has provided the newest information, indicating that the upcoming foldable would have 512GB of storage. First time Samsung has packed so much capacity in a clamshell smartphone – all three prior versions maxed out at 256GB.

No microSD card slot is also confirmed by the source, which is not a surprise considering all of the predecessors did not include one.

The Flip4’s new $1,100 storage option comes with a hefty price tag, as expected. However, the starting price should remain $999.

A 1TB version of the Galaxy Z Fold4 was previously said to be in the works.
