Next week, on March 15, Xiaomi will make an official announcement about the worldwide release of its 12-series flagships. According to leaked renderings, only minimal aesthetic modifications would be made to worldwide versions of the phones (e.g. a 5G label on the back).

Please enjoy SnoopyTech’s unwatermarked versions of the photos. Leaked price information for the Xiaomi 12 series, as well as the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G, is also available for Europe. As for the final one, it just went live in India today, and until now we had no idea it was also going to Europe.

First, let’s take a look at Xiaomi’s 12 Pro. Snoopy estimates that the price will range between €1,100 and €1,200, depending on the amount of RAM installed. Mi 11 Pro was not available in Europe last year, so there is no direct price comparison, but the new Pro is pricy regardless of where you live.

The Xiaomi 12 is more fair at €850-900, but that’s still €100 more expensive than last year’s Mi 11 for the identical RAM option.

As an alternative, Xiaomi 12X has a Snapdragon 870 instead of a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. With a price tag of about €650-700 for the 12X, it is a two-generation difference in performance and value.

This is presuming, of course, that the reported prices are accurate, although they seem to be in line with the pricing leak from last Thursday.
