Pre-Orders for the iPhone SE and iPad Air 2 are now accepted by Apple


Apple upgraded the iPhone SE and iPad Air during its “Peek Performanceevent on Tuesday. Pre-orders for both gadgets are now open, and the devices may be purchased immediately.

Starting at $429 for the new iPhone SE, which replaces the second-generation device, the 2020 model is up from $399. A15 Bionic processor, 5G connection, and up to 256GB of storage are all included.

Newer versions contain a 12MP wide-angle camera system with a number of new capabilities, such as Deep Fusion, Photographic Styles and Portrait Mode. Smart HDR 4 is also included.


In addition to the strong M1 processor that has previously only been seen in Apple’s tablet range in the iPad Pro, the new iPad Air boasts up to 256GB of storage and a starting price of $599.

Second-generation Apple Pencil and the $299 Magic Keyboard with trackpad are both supported by the iPad Air, much as the iPad Pro.

Apple’s Ultra Wide front camera with Center Stage, a USB-C connector with up to two times quicker transfer rates, and 5G on cellular variants are all included in the iPad Air, which comes in a variety of new colours.


Customers should expect their new iPhone SE and iPad Air to arrive on Friday, March 18.
