Two OnePlus mid-range phones and a set of TWS earbuds have been leaked quite a bit in the last several weeks. On April 28, the business will have a launch event in India, and Amazon India has set up a landing page. “More Power to You” is the tagline.
All we have for now are silhouettes, but more official information is expected to be released in the near future. The OnePlus 10R and the Nord CE 2 Lite 5G are the devices we discussed. The 10R (codenamed “pickle”) will be the company’s first phone to have a Dimensity 8100. The speculated specifications are almost similar to those of its sister, the Realme GT Neo3.
As a result, the exciting new chipset will be coupled with an impressive 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display and a 4,500mAh battery that charges quickly. If the leaks are true, the Neo will be able to provide 150W of power in a short period of time. With a 50 MP primary camera (with OIS) and an 8 MP ultra wide camera on the back and a 16 MP front-facing camera, the phone should be able to capture stunning photos and videos. Rumors say that the alert slider, a long-standing OnePlus feature, will be missing from the next phone.
The Snapdragon 695 in the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G (“Ace”) replaces the Dimensity 900 in the original Nord CE 2. Changes to other components include a 6.58-inch IPS LCD (120-Hz) instead of the 6.43-inch AMOLED (90-Hz) and the removal of the 8-megapixel ultra wide camera, leaving just the 64-megapixel primary module and two 2-megapixel assists on the back.
The battery’s capacity and charging speed were also confirmed through certifications – 4,500 mAh and 33W, respectively (down from 65W). The RMX3574, a Realme phone we’ve spotted on TENAA and assume to be one of the Realme Q5 versions that will be released later this month, sounds like this.
The buds are the last piece of the puzzle. @OnLeaks has built a 3D model of the OnePlus Nord TWS headset. In addition to the 480 mAh power bank, each bud comes with a 41 mAh internal battery (per to FCC regulations).
The OnePlus 9R debuted at 40,000 a year ago, so the 10R is likely to be priced similarly. Today, the Nord CE 2 (not Lite) retails for about $24,000.
