After unveiling the OnePlus Ace, OnePlus is working on a second Dimensity 8100 Max mid-range device. The OnePlus 10R Lite version of the Ace is on its way to India, but this one seems to be a more cost-effective option.

Initial differences include a smaller 6.59″ IPS LCD screen with an image resolution of 1,080 x 2,412 pixels. If this has a high refresh rate, it’s not evident from the TENAA’s statement. As a side note, this sounds quite similar to the Nord CE 2 Lite display, except that one will feature a Snapdragon 695 processor.

When it comes to battery capacity, this model has a bigger 4,890 mAh battery, while the Nord has a 65W charging speed. This model should be above the Nord 2 CE Lite and below the Ace/10R with a superior processor and battery.

The regulator in China also disclosed the phone’s camera specs, which include a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 2-megapixel helper camera, and a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The fingerprint reader, which is integrated inside the Power button on the side, can be seen in the renderings. The absence of an alert slider, which is becoming more typical in OnePlus’ mass market products, is also worth mentioning.

8/12 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of storage will be included in the phone’s Dimensity 8100 processor. Color options are Blue and Gray (pictured above).

Even though the OnePlus 10R and Nord 2 CE Lite will debut later this week, the GPZ110 is expected to come shortly. The OnePlus 10R Lite (also known as the “Youth Edition” in China) has been leaked by leakster WHYLABS, although that has yet to be confirmed.

You can tell them different by their max CPU clock speeds (the Oppo K10 5G from yesterday had a Dimensity 8000 Max chipset, while this one has an Oppo K10 5G chipset). A Dimensity 9000-powered OnePlus 10 is also on the way.
