It’s possible that Apple’s iPhone 14 Pro Max’s actual dimensions have been made public.
If a recent rumour is correct, we may already know the actual dimensions of the iPhone 14 Pro Max, as well as much more information.
VNchocoTaco, also known as ShrimpApplePro, a Twitter leaker, has shared CAD renderings and specific specs for the forthcoming iPhone’s biggest model. According to these measures, the 14 Pro range will see significantly more significant exterior alterations, even if it doesn’t seem that different from the standard iPhone 14.
Despite the fact that ShrimpApplePro is a relatively new player in the Apple leaks game, we have no way of knowing how accurate this supposed leak is. We should also point out that this leak only specifies the Pro Max model, although it appears probable that any adjustments would be reproduced on the smaller Pro model, as well. ‘
This leak has revealed the outward dimensions of the device, so let’s start there.
There is still a good chance that the current iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max will have the same screen sizes of 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch, but schematics suggest that the next iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max will be broader and deeper than the previous model, with reduced bezels.
The bigger camera hump appears to be the source of the increased phone depth noted above. Apple may be able to fit a 48MP camera (up from the 12MP camera on the iPhone 13 Pro) into the phone because of its thickness.
Several of the phone’s constituent elements are also said to be receiving a makeover. The predicted introduction of pill and punch-hole cuts instead of the notch is the most evident one. According to ShrimpApplePro’s leak, the punch-hole has a diameter of 5.59mm, and the pill is 12.74mm in overall width.
According to the purported dimensions, the phone’s top speaker aperture will reduce by two-thirds. Having even less clutter on the screen would make it even easier to watch.
If Apple follows its normal pattern, we’ll have to wait until September to find out what’s new with the iPhone 14.
