iPhone 13 Pro Max’s raw performance is still superior than the Galaxy S22 Ultra and Galaxy S22+ from Samsung.
The iPhone 13 Pro Max outperformed the Galaxy 22 series on the Basemark Web test in recent PCMag testing. In addition to the speed of the A15 processor, PCMag points out that this is due to the Safari browser on iOS devices and the Chrome browser on Android devices.
This year’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is a substantial advance over previous year’s Snapdragon 888. Geekbench single-core scores rose by 13 percent while multi-core scores rose by 9 percent. We witnessed a 20 percent or more improvement on the GFXBench graphics test, depending on the situation.
Qualcomm’s Geekbench results outperformed Google’s Tensor chip in the Pixel 6, however the iPhone 13 Pro Max’s Geekbench scores didn’t measure up.
