Roman would have to be pinned at this time in order for the bout to be counted.
Meanwhile, WrestleMania Backlash seems to be little more than a rehash of WrestleMania. After all, who wouldn’t think so when there are upcoming rematches between Rhodis, Rollins and Rousey as well as styles matches with Edge and Lashley? Rhodes vs. Rollins II gets our attention, but the rest of the night is just “meh.”
It’s possible, however, that this is WWE’s way of making us happy. We have minimal expectations, so a well-paced, short programme with terrific wrestling may be just the thing. Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair might potentially be included to the card, as well as Edge and Damian Priest’s Judgment Day group.
