Apple released the first beta of iOS 15.4 on Thursday, with one of the software update’s new features being the ability to integrate COVID-19 immunisation data in the EU Digital COVID Certificate format to the Health and Wallet applications.
Users will be able to add an EU Digital COVID Certificate to the Health and Wallet applications when iOS 15.4 is published by opening the Camera app, scanning the certificate’s QR code, pressing on the yellow Health app notice that displays, and tapping the “Add to Wallet & Health” button. Vaccine cards in the Wallet app show a person’s identity, the kind of vaccine they got, the date each dosage was given, the issuer, and a digitally signed QR code. The Health app provides access to more extensive vaccination records. Also Google Pixel 6a leaked in a Google coloring book
The functionality is only partially functional in the iOS 15.4 beta, as MacStories editor-in-chief Federico Viticci was able to add his Italian vaccination record to the Health app but not the Wallet app. Also Snowstorm Is Creating Its First New Game Franchise Since 2016’s ‘Overwatch’

iOS 15.4 will bring support for adding EU Digital COVID Certificates in the Health and Wallet apps.
I tested my Italian vaccination record and it worked with Health. Not in Wallet yet. These will show up under Immunization records in the Health app. 💉 pic.twitter.com/0UFndDFncO
According to Apple’s release notes, EU Digital COVID Certificates issued by Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Cape Verde, North Macedonia, and Palestine are similarly unable to be confirmed or uploaded to the Wallet app on iOS 15.4 beta.
With iOS 15.1, Apple added the option to connect COVID-19 immunisation records to the Health and Wallet apps in the United States for the first time, and the capability is now available in Canada as well. With the addition of support for EU Digital COVID Certificates, the functionality will be available in a number of European nations, including Austria, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden, among others. also Apple earns a record amount of money as iPhone sales defy supply chain constraints
