INGREDIENTS

  • ½ pound Ground Chuck Meat
  • 2 slices American Cheese
  • 3 halves Big Mac Bun
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ cup Onion
  • ½ cup Pickles
  • 1 sprig Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Special sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Season half a pound of ground beef with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. It is important to put it together correctly.
  • Grind the beef mixture into two patties.
  • In a skillet, brown the patties on all sides.
  • Flip the patties over with tongs and cook it on the other side.
  • Patty should be browned on both sides.
  • Meanwhile, warm the Big Mac buns with a little butter while you’re at it.
  • The lettuce, pickles, and onions should be finely chopped
  • before adding them to the Big Mac burger.
  • Wait until the patties is cooked and the buns are toasted
  • before beginning the assembly process.
  • When you’ve got one half of the burger bun, spread some special sauce on it.
  • Place the beef patty, followed by an American cheese slice, lettuce, onions, and pickles on the plate.
  • Add another beef patty and the same toppings as before.
  • It’s up to you if you want fries with your Big Mac.
