One of the twins born to international soccer sensation Cristiano Ronaldo and his girlfriend has died.
“Our newborn boy has died away,” Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez stated in a joint statement on social media. In October, the couple announced that they were expecting twins, and in December, they announced that they were having a boy and a girl.
Monday, the parents referred to their son as “our angel.” “You’ll always be in our hearts.”
For the time being, Ronaldo and Rodriguez have requested solitude while they mourn the death of their son. They claimed that their daughter was still alive.
Ronaldo described it as “the biggest anguish any parent can endure.” It is only because of the birth of our daughter that we are able to look forwards to the future with some optimism and joy.
