In September, Apple could hold its next hardware announcement event, but if the company follows its previous protocol, there could be multiple Apple events in the fall.
Until the year ends, what can we expect to see? Apple Watch 8 and AirPods Pro 2 are also likely to be unveiled in the near future, but the iPhone 14 is the most eagerly anticipated.
Prior to that, on June 7, we’ll have WWDC 2022. iOS 15, watchOS 9, and software for the iPad, Mac, and Apple TV are expected to be unveiled at the annual developer’s keynote.

- Invitations for WWDC 2022 have been sent out by Apple. Despite the fact that we don’t expect to see any Apple hardware at this keynote, we may get a sense of what’s to come.
Apple September event: When could it be?
So far, we have no reason to believe that Apple will hold an event in 2022 that is different from its usual September schedule. Invitations for the September 2022 Apple Event will not be sent out until about two weeks prior to the event, at which point the exact date will be known.
The Apple Watch 6 and iPad Air 4 announcements took place on September 15 of the year prior to last year’s iPhone 13 unveiling. Apple’s preferred event window appears to be the second or third week of September.
Apple September event: iPhone 14
According to the latest information, the iPhone 14 in 2022 will feature the most significant changes in years. The A16 Bionic chip could be faster, the design could be slimmer, and the primary camera could be improved. What if? Even for the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max, a USB-C port is an option.

iPad Pro 2022
The iPad Pro hasn’t gotten much attention lately, but that doesn’t rule out a spring refresh for the device. At the company’s last spring event, the iPad Pro (2021) was unveiled.
However, there is a rumour that the next iPad Pro will use the first 3-nanometer chip, which can be found in the latest MacBook Pro computers. Other than the possibility of increased performance and efficiency, we don’t know much about this brand-new chip.
In addition to a larger battery and wireless MagSafe charging made possible by an Apple logo magnet on the tablet, an iPad Pro 2022 rumour backs up some of these claims. Mac mini
There have been whispers of a new Mac mini with an M1X chip and possibly a different look. It’s still unclear if this device will be unveiled at the upcoming Apple event.
For the sake of making the MacBook Pro shine, Apple is delaying the introduction of a new Mac mini, according to iDrop News, a site specialising in insider Apple marketing information.
It’s claimed in the same report that the production of a new Mac mini is ramping up, according to supply chain insiders. A new Mac mini could be announced soon, but no specific date has been set.
According to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple will indeed release an upgraded Mac mini in 2022, but he didn’t give a specific date or time frame for its release.
What was announced at the last Apple event?
New products were unveiled at the company’s most recent event in March.
iPhone SE (2022): The same chipset as the iPhone 13 will be used in this diminutive powerhouse. We’d prefer the cameras to be a little sharper, but other than that, this phone is a great value at $429 thanks to its small size and fast processor.
In 2022, Apple is expected to release a thinner and lighter tablet with M1 power.
In terms of raw processing power, Apple’s Mac Studio beats out nearly every other desktop computer on the market. It also looks great on a desk. It’s a great desktop for creatives, families, and students, but you’ll have to shell out a lot of money to get one with an M1 Ultra processor.
Apple Studio Display: The 27-inch 5K screen and excellent camera of Apple’s Studio Display make it an excellent companion for Macs and iPads. A 5K secondary display is required for non-Apple devices.
Apple events: What’s next?
Other rumoured products include the AirPods Pro 2, which are arguably due for a refresh. Apple Glasses, an Apple VR headset, and a mixed reality headset are all possibilities in the near future. And there may be an Apple Car in the future as well.
Apple CEO Tim Cook is expected to leave the company in 2025 or 2028 after “one more” major product reveal, so at least one of these innovations could be years away.
