A revamped iPad Pro 2022 or Mac mini 2022 might also be announced at the same time. Apple might possibly unveil a new colour for the iPhone 13, as well as upgrades to several of the company’s most popular services.

The MacBook Pro 2022 may also be unveiled during the event. Expect it to be a cheaper version of the present MacBook Pro line, with an older design but better chips. However, if the reports are true, some may be let down.

The next Apple event will be streamed live beginning at 10 a.m. PT, 1 p.m. ET, and 6 p.m. GMT on Tuesday, March 8.

On Apple’s site and YouTube, the event should be shown live. For information on how to see the Apple event live, see our how-to guide.

The iPhone SE 3 will be unveiled during Apple’s March presentation.

If the iPhone SE 3 (or iPhone SE Plus) is anything like the iPhone SE introduced in 2022, it will have two major improvements. We anticipate the iPhone SE 3 will include 5G connection, since many of the finest 5G phones cost less than $500 and even less than $400.

Second, the A15 Bionic processor seen in the iPhone 13 should power the iPhone SE 3. As a result, the new low-cost iPhone would be speedier than the previous model. It may also assist to extend the battery life of the iPhone SE over time.

According to rumours, the iPhone SE 3 will keep the same design as the iPhone 8, which includes Touch ID and a large forehead. The next phone might possibly use the iPhone XR’s chassis, but so yet, we’ve just seen concept drawings indicating a more streamlined appearance.

If the iPhone SE 3 is going to feature a single lens, we haven’t heard anything about it yet. This phone should include night mode and a better selfie camera if possible. Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has released the final iPhone SE 3 colours and specifications ahead of Apple’s presentation, and you can read up on all the iPhone SE 3’s probable features here.

Keeping that in mind, there has been more recent speculation that Apple would brand this gadget the iPhone SE Plus 5G, which would keep its present design but have upgraded specifications, including 5G connection. This is something to keep in mind. There will be a more drastic redesign of the iPhone at a later date.

Competition from Google’s inexpensive phones will be fierce when the iPhone SE 3 launches. However, it’s possible that the iPhone SE 3 vs. the speculated Google Pixel 6a might make for a more appropriate comparison, given that phone is expected to be released in May.

Event in March: Apple’s iPad Air 5

Signs point to an iPad Air 5 being unveiled at an Apple event in the spring of 2022, even though we didn’t previously put it in our list of possible product announcements for that event. Apple tablets that sound very similar to the iPad Air 5 have received regulatory certification from the Eurasian Economic Commission. A new iPad Air is notably mentioned in Bloomberg’s expected March event.

Apple’s A15 Bionic processor is said to be included in this next iPad Air model, coupled with 5G connection. Apple also has the opportunity to enhance the tablet’s front-facing camera. OLED was previously said to be an option for the iPad Air 5, but more recently, experts have said that the tablet would remain OLED.

Event in March: Apple’s iMac Pro

The 21.5-inch Apple iMac was transformed into a colourful assortment of 24-inch iMacs powered by the M1 processor last spring. Updates to the 27-inch model are long overdue.

It’s expected that the iMac Pro will be renamed in 2022, and a well-known leaker (Dylandkt) has said that this will be the case. In theory, this should set it apart from the 24-inch iMac, but the Pro moniker indicates that there are even more enhancements in store for it.

The iMac Pro is expected to use the M1 Pro and M1 Max CPUs that are found in the new MacBook Pros, according to rumour. Could have HDMI, SD Card, and even Face ID connections. Starting at or over $2,000 was Dylandkt’s estimate.

New Mac machine rumours have been bolstered by supposed regulatory papers. Preparation for Apple’s annual Spring event is likely due to the fact that the tech giant must submit new product releases in advance of any announcements.

When will the next iPad Pro come out?

Although there hasn’t been much news on the iPad front, that doesn’t rule out a spring redesign for the Pro model. After all, the iPad Pro (2021) was unveiled during Apple’s previous spring presentation.

The M1 Pro processor seen in the newest MacBook Pro laptops might power the iPad Pro 2022, while another theory claims that the next iPad will use the first 3-nanometer semiconductor ever made. This new chip’s performance and efficiency gains are the only things we know for sure.

Some of these claims are backed up by a new iPad Pro 2022 rumour, which also touts a bigger battery and the possibility of wireless MagSafe charging enabled by a magnetic Apple logo on the tablet. We’ll have to wait and see whether these rumours are right, but we’ve compiled a list of the most popular iPad Pro 2022 rumours so far.

The Mac mini will be unveiled during the Apple March event.

An improved Mac mini featuring an M1X processor and maybe a redesigned design has been rumoured. It’s still unclear whether this gadget will be unveiled during the next Apple event.

According to iDrop News, Apple had previously intended to debut a new Mac mini with the impending MacBook Pros, but has now decided to postpone the introduction in order to allow the laptop to “shine,” according to insider knowledge.

In the same report, though, supply chain insiders believe that manufacture of a new Mac mini is accelerating. As a result, it’s possible that a new Mac mini will be unveiled in the near future; the specific date is unknown.

Apple event in March: Mac Studio

Although it’s very improbable that Apple would unveil two new desktop Macs between the Mac mini and Mac Pro on Tuesday, we’ve heard various rumours recently suggesting otherwise (pictured).

Latest reports from 9to5Mac claim to have seen information of two new Macs, one with an M1 Max processor and another with a more powerful M1 version. Reports from Mark Gurman earlier this year indicated that an M1-powered “half-sized Mac Pro” was being developed by Apple.

Even though these speculations have appeared so close to the event, it’s more probable that the suspected gadgets will come later this year, assuming they are true, rather than coming Tuesday. There’s still hope, however.

What did Apple unveil at their most recent event?

The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro are the greatest iPhone series ever because of its better displays, longer battery life, and superior cameras. In addition, the iPhone 13 Pro’s adaptive 120Hz display is fantastic.

For the first time, the new Apple Watch 7 boasts a brighter screen and bigger screens than the previous generation.

The iPad (2021) is a well-built tablet with a dated appearance that delivers a brilliant screen, fluid speed, and high battery life for a fair price, even if it is an incremental update.

The iPad mini 6 2021 is the small-but-powerful iPad we’ve been looking for, with an incredibly compact, light design and a quick A15 Bionic CPU.

What’s next for Apple events?

Other rumoured goods include the AirPods Pro 2, which may be ready for a revamp. Apple Glasses, an Apple VR headset, and a mixed reality headgear are all possibilities in the near future. And it’s possible that an Apple Car will be released at some time in the future.

There are rumours that Tim Cook plans to take down after “one more” huge product launch between 2025 and 2028, so at least one of those inventions may be a few years away.

In other words, keep an eye on Tom’s Guide for updates on upcoming Apple events.
