Apple first time releases updates to Pages, Numbers and Keynote

Pages, Numbers, and Keynote have all received significant changes as part of Apple’s latest round of iWork software updates for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and iCloud.

Pages

The most recent version of Pages includes a slew of new features:

  • Allows for bigger file sizes of up to 2 GB to be published straight to Apple Books.
  • It is possible to include page numbers in any document.
  • The ability to fine-tune the font size to two decimal places is now available.
  • Start a new document on your iPhone by holding down the Pages app icon on the Home Screen and swiping up.
  • VoiceOver lets you read comments and keep track of changes.

Keynote

Several new features have been added to Keynote in the most recent update:

  • Zoom in all the way to 400% on the slides.
  • The ability to fine-tune the font size to two decimal places is now available.

Numbers

A few new capabilities have been introduced to Numbers’ spreadsheet application, as well.

  • Copies of cells from a table without formulae, categories, or secret values
  • The ability to fine-tune the font size to two decimal places is now available.
  • VoiceOver may be used to quickly create formulae and fill cells using autofill.

It is now possible to download all of the newest updates for all of the apps from the App Store. Users of the iPhone, iPad, and Mac may get their hands on the free apps Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. On the iCloud website, users can also create and modify documents.
